Question 1

Do I need an appointment for a repair?

Accepted Answer

No. All three of our stores take walk-ins during regular hours. Bring the device in and we will assess it for free before any work starts.

Question 2

How long does a repair take?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the repair. Most phone screen, battery and charging port replacements are done the same day. Camera and back glass work is usually 1 to 2 days, and a few less common repairs take 2 to 3 days. The turnaround for your exact model is listed on our Repair Pricing page.

Question 3

What does a diagnostic cost?

Accepted Answer

Assessments are free. We will look at the device, tell you what it needs and what it will cost, and you decide from there.

Question 4

Which devices do you repair?

Accepted Answer

iPhones, Android phones, tablets, Windows laptops, MacBooks and printers. If your device is not listed on our pricing page, bring it in anyway and we will take a look.

Question 5

Can I see the price before I bring my device in?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our Repair Pricing page lists a price range for the repairs we do most, by device and model, along with the expected turnaround. The final price is confirmed after the free in-store assessment.

Question 6

Are all repairs available at every store?

Accepted Answer

Most are, but some repairs are handled at our Billings Bridge location only. Each repair on the Repair Pricing page shows where it is available, and staff can arrange the device to be looked at there if you drop it off elsewhere.

Question 7

Do you offer remote support?

Accepted Answer
